The Skill Development Cell in collaboration with the Department of Commerce of Government College of Commerce and Economics, Borda organized an Inter-Collegiate Poster Competition on the theme “My India, My Pride” on 22nd September 2022. A total of eight students across five different colleges participated in the competition.
Through their posters, the participants displayed the rich culture of India, Unity in Diversity, the struggle for Freedom from the British rule, the laurels and achievements of India etc.
The posters were judged on the basis of their Uniqueness and Originality, Professional Quality, Aesthetic Quality and Creativity.
The winners of the competition were as follows:
1. Ms. Neshal M. Oliveira (Rosary College, Navelim) – 1st Place
2. Ms. Sohagi Marndi (Carmel College, Nuvem) – 2nd Place
3. Sandhya Kakade (Narayan Zantye College, Bicholim) – 3rd Place
Cash prizes and Certificates were issued to the three winners of the inter- collegiate poster competition.
