YOUTH PROGRAMME ON SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP ON 21ST MARCH 2023 Government College of Commerce and Economics, Borda-Goa in association with Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, Panaji-Goa organised “One Day Youth Programme on Entrepreneurship and Skill Development” on 21st March 2023. The basic objective of this programme was to give orientation to the youth/students on Skill Development which in turn would lead to entrepreneurship development.
