NEP 2020 essence is identifying, recognising, fostering unique capabilities of students and then transforming this capacity into capabilities which harnesses job skills, life skills, character and Nation building. It is in this context that the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the College organised a Two-Day Workshop on “Certification and Assessment Development” on the 10th and 12th of May 2023 for the faculty of the College.
The workshop was conducted by Mr.Kishore Shah – Director ideaz Unlimited & Managing Trustee GDP Foundation a renowned Master Talent Analyst- Chally Ohio USA & Organization Development consultant of international repute and Mr.Saiesh Naik – Simulation expert. In the Valedictory function the Principal, Prof. Filipe Rodrigues e Melo distributed the certificates to the faculties. The workshop covered topics such as Assessment Lab overview, Competency Based Assessment, ADC Macro set up, How to script a IDP, Simulations IRP & GRP, Indoor & Outdoor : group activities, Psychometrics.
